Musée du Louvre

We weren't sure what to do this weekend and so made two plans for Saturday to suit the weather. Its been quite cloudy this weekend which is amazing or me! So plan A was Basilique du Sacré-Cœur and plan B was The Louvre. We went for plan B- it was amazing- so huge! ps. Listen to Les Cornichons by Nino Ferrer its my fav song atm!

Château de Versailles

Its Friday- again!!! Cannot believe how fast the days are flying by :( its so beautiful here. So today, after my french class and test which hopefully wasn't an epic fail) a bus full of us headed to Versailles with Nadia and Fabrice! It took just under an hour to get there and it is absolutely massive. We were split into two groups of 25, assigned a tour guide and given head sets to listen to! You can take pictures anywhere in the palace and also in the gardens! here is also a little shop we could visit in our spare hour and there is also a Ladurée inside!!! 

La Tour Eiffel Revisited

Yay lie in today! Left the residence at around 11 and headed straight for the eiffel tower where we joined massive queues to take the stairs! only 4 of us went to the top, with everyone else choosing only to go to level two. Once at level two, you have to take the lift to the top- with amazing views over Paris!! Im just back in my room just now about to get ready so we can head out for a drink down the road!
