Oh my lord what a crazy two days it has been! It seems to take ages to upload pictures on this so I'll do them in separate posts (this being Thursdays!)
So four words...wine and cheese event! Haha, was sooo good! Basically had a massive table with over 10 different trays, each representing a specific region, and then the wine that accompanied those particular cheeses. There were also two massive baskets with different breads you could choose from- The french teachers were definitely loving that free cheese! So I think I tried every single one apart from one that looked like a coconut/haggis!
Then we had a free afternoon so we got the metro to the Champs Elysees and walked the length of it- stopping for an Iced Coffee from Haagen Dazs. We then climbed the Arc de Triomphe- for free!- took some pictures and then walked back to La Defense...which, let me tell you, is a walk and a half!
