Notre-Dame and Boeuf Bourguignon

Ahhh its Friday- where has this week gone? Hope you are all well and making mum lots of tea in my absence! We decided to go for a wander into town after we had a cheeky starbucks and shop after uni...so at around 8.45, we got the metro line 1 to Chatelet and then switched to line 4 for Saint Michel. Once there, we walked around the pretty little streets and decided on a little french restaurant- 3 course meal for 15 euros! I ordered French onion soup, Boeuf Bourguignon and for dessert- crepe au sucre. It.Was.Amazing! We also had a bottle of wine and tried some mussels and snails, which actually tasted like garlic and chicken- much better than the mussels!

After our meal we took a quick walk to the Notre-Dame Cathedral which is beautiful at night, with the river running beside and the occasional boat. There was also some sort of busking party going on in the metro station which I filmed a few seconds of. It was mostly people singing and dancing to Bob Marley!!!
